ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Attend to confidential and time sensitive material, report, and assist with day to day operations.
Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers. Prepare and analyze budgets. Perform general bookkeeping in addition to billing activities, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Monitor and support Columbia's information technology systems and workplace technology. Maintain the security and functionality of the information technology infrastructure. Respond to employee service requests.
Lead marketing functions to increase sales and brand awareness by researching and developing marketing strategies. Provide interdepartmental support by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Manage employee programs and enhances Columbia's human resources services. Handle employee relations, benefits, and government compliance. Recruit, screen, interview, and place our team members.
Service our customers by identifying their needs, preparing quotes, preparing orders and providing mold solutions that meet their needs. Follow the entire sales process by acting as a liaison between Columbia and our customers.
